This policy explains what information NexoraPrint collects when you visit nexoraprint.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Shipping and billing information, such as your delivery address.
- Order information, including the products, options, sizes, and quantities you order, and your order and proof history.
- Uploaded artwork, including any files, images, or design content you upload or create in our Design Studio for use on your order.
- Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Analytics and advertising cookies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, which help us understand how visitors use our site and measure the performance of our advertising.
- Site usage data we record ourselves: pages viewed, device type, approximate country and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used to understand how the site is used and to prevent fraud.
How we use this information
We use the information above to process and produce your order, communicate with you about your order (including proofs and shipping updates), provide customer support, improve our website and products, and measure and improve our advertising.
Service providers
We share information with service providers as needed to fulfill your order, including:
- Our payment processor, Stripe, to process payments securely.
- Shipping carriers and package tracking and label services, to deliver your order and provide tracking.
- Our email delivery provider, to send order confirmations, proofs, and shipping notifications.
- Cloud hosting and file storage providers that run our website and database and store your uploaded artwork.
These providers are only given the information needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal data
NexoraPrint does not sell your personal information to third parties.
Retention
We retain order information, including uploaded artwork, for as long as needed to fulfill your order, support any warranty or reprint request, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account information at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email we send, or by contacting us directly. This will not affect transactional emails related to an active order, such as proofs and shipping notifications. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics and Google Ads personalization through Google's own account and browser tools.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our site at any given time is the version in effect.
