What this page covers
This page describes what NexoraPrint LLC does with personal information collected through this site. It does not describe what our carriers, payment processor or email provider do with the data they hold — those are their own policies.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email, phone, company, and the addresses you save.
- Order details — what you ordered, the artwork you uploaded, proofs and approvals, invoices.
- Payment details — handled by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers; we store only the card brand and the last four digits so you can recognise the card.
- Support messages — the tickets and emails you send us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, and the pages you open, used to keep the site up and to see which pages work.
Why we use it
- To quote, produce, proof and ship your order.
- To email you transactional messages: order confirmation, proof ready, status change, shipping notice, invoice.
- To answer support requests.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve the site and to measure whether our advertising works.
We send marketing email only if you asked for it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Transactional email about an order you placed is not marketing and cannot be switched off.
Who else sees it
- The payment processor, to authorise and capture your card.
- The carrier, to deliver the package: name, address, phone.
- The email provider that sends our transactional messages.
- Our accountants and, where the law requires it, public authorities.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records and invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires. Artwork stays on file so you can reorder, until you ask us to delete it. Support tickets are kept while the account is open.
Your choices
Ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Write to info@nexoraprint.com and say which. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm who you are first.
Cookies
We use cookies that keep you signed in and keep your cart, and analytics cookies that count visits. Blocking the first group breaks checkout; blocking the second does not.
