Placing an order on this site means you accept these terms.
Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you a proof and you approve it. We may decline an order — for artwork we cannot legally print, for a size our equipment cannot hold, or because the material is out of stock — and we tell you why.
Prices are shown per unit and fall with quantity. Sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipping to states where we are registered.
Proof and approval
At checkout your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing prints yet.
- We email a free digital proof, normally within 4 business hours.
- You approve the proof, or ask for changes. Changes are free and unlimited — a new proof comes within hours.
- Production starts and your card is charged only after you approve.
Approval locks the artwork, size, material and options exactly as shown on the proof. Check the spelling, the phone numbers and any regulated numbers before you approve — after approval those are yours, not ours.
An authorisation that is never approved expires on its own and no money moves.
Artwork you send us
You confirm that you own the artwork, or that you have the right to have it printed. We do not check trademarks or licences for you.
We keep your artwork on file so you can reorder. Tell us to delete it and we will.
We may decline artwork that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that we simply do not want our name on.
Turnaround and shipping
Production takes 24–48 hours after you approve the proof. Delivery time is on top of that and depends on the carrier and the destination. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
Dates we quote are estimates, not guarantees. If a job is running late we tell you before the ship date, not after.
Defects and reprints
If we printed it wrong, we reprint it free — tell us within 30 days of delivery. If the proof was right and the print matches the proof, the job was made to order and it is not returnable. The full rules are on the returns and refunds page.
Limits
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost business, vehicle downtime, or fines that follow from wording you approved on a proof.
Changes
We can change these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order.
