These terms govern orders placed with NexoraPrint through nexoraprint.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Ordering
Orders are placed through our website by selecting a product, choosing your size, material and any options, and either uploading artwork, building your design in our free online Design Studio, or choosing to send artwork after checkout. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) are preferred; PNG, JPG and TIF files are also accepted.
Proofs and your responsibility for approval
Every order includes a free digital proof, and you may request unlimited free changes to it before anything is produced. Nothing is printed, cut, or shipped until you approve the proof. By approving a proof, you confirm that all content is correct and final, including spelling, wording, sizing, colors, and the accuracy of any regulated content such as a USDOT number, letter height, or other compliance marking. NexoraPrint produces exactly what you approve; we are not responsible for verifying that regulated content meets the specific requirements applicable to your vehicle, fleet, or jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that information before approving your proof.
Payment authorization and capture
At checkout, we authorize your payment method for the order total, placing a hold rather than an immediate charge. Payment is captured when your order enters production, which happens after you approve your proof. You may cancel or change your order at no charge at any point before proof approval.
Your artwork
By uploading or submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the legal right to use and reproduce it, including any logos, images, fonts, or third-party content it contains. You agree not to submit artwork that infringes another party's intellectual property or other rights.
Prohibited content
We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or that impersonates a government marking or another party without authorization. This includes artwork intended to misrepresent regulatory or compliance markings.
Pricing
Prices are set at the time of ordering and reflected in your proof and order confirmation. In the event of a pricing error on our site, we will contact you before production to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order at no charge.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NexoraPrint's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products we produce, including damages related to regulatory compliance, vehicle appearance, or business use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order.
