Production time
Production takes 24–48 hours from the moment you approve the proof — not from the moment you order. The clock starts at approval because that is when the file goes to the printer.
Large fleet jobs and orders with several materials can take longer. If yours will, we say so on the quote.
Delivery
Delivery time sits on top of production and depends on the carrier and the destination. Ground shipments inside the continental United States normally arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch.
Shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout from the package weight and the destination.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the package is scanned. The same link lives on the order page in your account, and on the public tracking page if you checked out as a guest.
How things are packed
- Decals and lettering up to 24″ ship flat between boards.
- Anything wider ships rolled in a tube — never folded, because a fold line stays visible in vinyl.
- Fleet orders are split and labelled per vehicle so the yard does not have to sort them.
- Install kits — squeegee, alcohol wipe, install guide — are included free with fleet orders.
If something arrives damaged
Keep the box and photograph both the packaging and the item, then tell us within 30 days. Transit damage is covered by the reprint rule on the returns and refunds page.
Addresses
We ship to street addresses and to PO boxes. We cannot ship to a jobsite without a named receiver. Getting the address wrong after dispatch means a second shipping charge — check it at checkout.
