When the production clock starts
Nothing goes into production the moment you place an order. Every order includes a free digital proof, with unlimited free changes, and your card is only authorized — not charged — until you approve that proof. The production and shipping timelines below start counting from the moment you approve your proof, not from the order date.
Standard orders
Standard orders are produced within 24 hours of proof approval. Once your order ships, standard shipping is $8.95 and typically takes 3 to 5 business days, and it is free on orders over $150. Faster shipping options are shown at checkout if you need your order sooner. If you are local to us, free pickup is available at our Itasca, IL location during business hours.
Fleet and volume orders
Orders placed through our fleet program follow a different timeline to accommodate larger quantities and custom specifications. You will receive a proposal within 1 business day of your request, and production runs 3 to 7 business days once you approve that proposal and your proof.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we email tracking information to the address on your order. If you have an account, you can also see order status there, or contact us any time.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us or delayed because of an incorrect address you provided, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available at 1337 Industrial Dr, Itasca, IL 60143 during business hours. Select pickup at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.
